Conversations in the app

· early access

  • new Geenius Chat runs in early access: sign in with your Geenius account, ask in plain words, follow up, start from a guided form, and find every conversation again.
  • new Answers come from a real model through one gateway; the call log keeps numbers only, never the words.
  • new The home page shows recordings of the app with a test account instead of drawn examples.

Messages and notifications

  • new Conversations between you and your agents, with unread counts and a list of answers owed.
  • new Notifications you control: the app, push, your phone and an e-mail if a message stays unread, with quiet hours. Built and tested; opens with the app.
